Manufacturing Technology
Manufacturing technology is a key factor in driving the growth of any industrial enterprise. Our production technology is not only aimed at creating innovative products, but also seeks efficiency and sustainability in the manufacturing process. We continuously invest in technology research and development to improve our process efficiency and create new product categories. Through these technological advances, we are determined to provide our clients withhigh-quality, high-value products. We also believe that as our technology advances, we will be able to better serve our clients and achieve mutual success.
The injection molding process has an extremely wide range of applications. Its forming principle involves three basic steps: melting, flowing, and solidifying.
We heat the raw materials required by the client to a liquid state at high temperature, then inject them into the mold designed according to the client's requirements. After cooling and demolding, the product takes shape.
Currently commonly used injection materials include: PP, PS, PE, ABS, PVC, EVA, etc. At this stage, we provide public mold injection products including handles, pullers, phone cases, figurine pendants, etc. We can also produce custom products according to the client's design.
Micro Injection Process
Micro injection, also called drip molding, uses compressed air to inject liquid materials such as PVC and silicone into a mold through a syringe, then bakes at high temperature before demolding to form the product. Micro injection craft products are widely used in clothing, bag accessories, and footwear as brand logos, as well as various creative products such as key covers and cable organizers.

Heat Press Process
Inject colored liquid PVC or Silicone into the developed mold by dispensing method and vacuum to eliminate air bubbles. After high-temperature baking, place it on prepared fabric or leather and press with a vulcanizing machine to form. After cooling, demold to get the product. Products made using this process are typically sewn onto bags or garments as brand logos.

Compression Molding Process
Weigh the colored solid silicone or rubber according to the product size and place it into the prepared mold. Put it into a vulcanizing machine at 200°C high temperature and certain pressure. After demolding and cooling, trim the flash to get the product. Silicone is non-toxic and can contact the human body, so it has extremely wide applications. For example: various household products, baby toys, various brand logos, handphone cases and various gifts, etc. Rubber can be applied to industrial products, such as suction cups, bag base plates, various shoe outsoles, etc.

High-Frequency Screen Printing Technology
Based on the colors and embossed surface effects required by the client, we first prepare the screen and corresponding copper molds. Silk screen printing is done on the client's required base material (such as PVC, PU, TPU, genuine leather, fabric, etc.). After the color has completely dried, the mold is used on a high-frequency machine to create the embossed effect required by the client. Finally, according to the client's requirements, cut into the required shape with a laser cutter to get the finished product. Commonly applied to bags, garments, shoes and hats as special designs or brand logos.

Metal Die Casting
Metal die casting involves melting zinc alloy material in a furnace at approximately 420°C into molten metal, then injecting it into a mold through a die casting machine. After natural cooling, it takes shape. The product then undergoes additional post-processing steps such as deburring, tapping, drilling, polishing, and cleaning, followed by surface treatment according to customer requirements including electroplating, baking paint, sandblasting, powder coating, etc.。 Currently, our main metal products can be developed into various buckles and fashionable brand metal accessories according to customer requirements.

Stitching Process
The stitching process is widely used in various handbags, textiles, leather goods, sporting equipment, luggage, etc. We can assist with various stitching processing according to the different needs of clients.

Woven Label
A woven label is a woven brand label widely used as identification labels in clothing, footwear, hats, knitting, and handicrafts. We can help develop and produce the required woven labels according to the client's needs.
